Gift cards are final sale.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwrinkled, and returned in resellable condition, along with the original packing slip.
Footwear must be returned with no scratches or signs of wear on the sole or upper.

If your custom order isn’t a perfect fit, we offer one free alteration.
Before dispatching custom pieces, we send you detailed photos of your jacket for review. You can verify the design, fabric, and quality before it ships.
Because every custom product is made exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders. We encourage careful review of your design selections and body measurements before placing the order.
