At Cielo Leathers, we believe premium craftsmanship should be delivered with premium care—no extra charges. That’s why we offer free global shipping on all orders, with no minimums and no fine print.

Currently, we ship to all countries except: Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC-sanctioned regions.

  • Prime products are in-stock and ready to ship.

  • Custom or bespoke orders take longer due to their handcrafted nature.

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days via express courier.

Express Delivery Partners

To ensure timely and secure deliveries, we partner with premium carriers such as DHL and FedEx. We reserve the right to select the most efficient service based on your location.

Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses at this time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your local customs authority for more details before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking status shows as “delivered” but the package is missing, you must report it within 5 business days to both our support team and the courier to initiate an investigation.

  • Once verified, we will issue either:

    • A full store credit or

    • A replacement of your order.

  • Refunds are not offered for lost parcels.

Delivery Issues & Customer Responsibility

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be provided once your order is shipped. It’s your responsibility to track and coordinate with the courier.

  • Missed Deliveries: Multiple failed delivery attempts can result in the parcel being destroyed. In such cases, Cielo Leathers cannot be held responsible.

  • Unaccepted Deliveries: If a customer refuses delivery and the item is returned or destroyed, no refund or return can be processed.

  • Incorrect Address: Always double-check your shipping address. We cannot reroute parcels after dispatch. If undelivered due to address issues, we are unable to issue returns or cancellations.

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed. Didn’t get it? Reach out to our support team.

  • Combined Shipping: Orders placed together and shipping to the same address may be combined for efficiency, unless you request otherwise.

  • Complimentary Items: Orders with 10+ products may not include complimentary items by default. Exceptions may apply—please contact us for more details.
